It’s not the hundreds of hours of training under nationally known photographers. It’s not the awards received from competition or the privilege I was given as one chosen by the TPPA for 3 years running. I see the wide-eyed expressions as my clients see their images for the first time. It’s the tears of joy and the surprise they express as they see a moment captured that they never knew happened. The way they are glued to the screen as image after image reminds them of their emotions at this essential point in their lives. I’m thankful for the years as a photojournalist from High School through College. I’m thankful for the years of training to “see the light” and for the formal portraiture training under visiting Masters at SHSU. Because of these efforts …I’m as effective at capturing candid moments that appear for just a flash in time (with and without electronic flash!) I’m as comfortable creating intimate formal portraits and grand groups that make up the family & friends. I look forward to creating wedding imagery for you!
