Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES IN THE STATES LISTED IN "ELIGIBILITY" BELOW AND IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THOSE STATES WHO MEET THE STATED ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the states of CA, CT, DE, IN, IL, MA, MD, MI, NJ, NH, NY, CO, MN, FL, GA, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, WI and DC aged 18 or older who are committed to a wedding date between May 1, 2010, and August 31, 2011. Employees and directors of Eivan’s Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliated companies and companies associated with the implementation, administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and individuals employed as wedding photographers and the immediate family (parents, siblings and children and their spouses) and members of their households, whether related or not, of such individuals are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

ENTRY:
No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Sweepstakes begins on June 1st 2010, at 12:01 a.m. CST and ends August 30th, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. CST ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, access the sweepstakes entry page at http://www.eivans.com and follow the directions to complete and submit an official entry form. Entry must be submitted and received by 11:59 p.m. CST on August 29th, 2010. Limit of one entry per person or email address. In the event of any dispute as to the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Names of entrants will not be sold to third parties.

PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize of a full-day Eivan’s photography & video wedding package. Prize consists of two certified photographers for up to 8 hours, 5 locations, unlimited photographs, one 30 page album, 20 x 24 print, 2 – 30 page mother’s albums, digital negatives and online proofing, 1 dedicated videographer for 8 hours, 5 chaptered DVD copies. Approximate retail value of prize is $6000.00.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
Wedding must take place by October 31, 2011 at a site within the state of Illinois. Site must be readily accessible. Photographer will work a standard 9 hours. No cash or other substitution of prize is available, except Sponsor may substitute another prize of comparable value if it determines in its sole discretion that advertised prize is not available. Prize may not be transferred. If wedding is cancelled or postponed beyond, prize will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize and any other expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of the prize.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION:
Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by Sponsor on or about the fourth day of the following month from among all timely, eligible entries received. Odds of being selected depend upon the number of entries. Selected individual will be notified by email and express mail and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. Wedding partner of winner will be required to complete and sign a Liability and Publicity Release. Failure to return any required document within fourteen days of delivery, failure to respond to prize notification within fourteen days after dispatch by Sponsor or return of prize notification as undeliverable, may cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded unless declined by winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree (a) that they have read and will abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its agents which decisions shall be final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release and indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents and affiliated companies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability or claims resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use of the prize; (c) if the winner, to the use of name and wedding photographs in advertising or publicity relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the Sponsor in all media, including the posting of the winner's name on http://www.eivans.com ; and (d) that Sponsor has made no representation or warranty relative to the prize except for the regular limited warranty provided with the wedding package awarded.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or unauthorized access to, or alteration of information submitted; nor is it responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any equipment or system, or for any late, lost or mis-delivered mail. If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, including for any cause which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. Notice of any such action will be posted at http://www.eivans.com. If Sweepstakes is terminated or cancelled, Sponsor shall select the winner in a random drawing from among entries legitimately received prior to the event causing such termination or cancellation.

RULES/WINNERS LIST:
Name of winner will be posted on http://www.eivans.com after verification of winning and awarding of the prize. A copy of these Official Rules or name of winner may be obtained by writing to Sponsor at the address below and enclosing a self addressed, stamped envelope. Please indicate the month and year for which you are requesting the rules and/or name of winner. Requests will not be honored for more than three months after the month of the Sweepstakes.
